1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Faith and Freedom Store. By accessing our website you adhere to all the terms and conditions. Please review our terms and conditions carefully before using our site.
2. REFUNDS
All products are created with Print On Demand via Printiful. Printiful is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printful offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch by emailing, contact@faithandfreedomstore.com.au or emailing through the website with a photo attached and I will contact Printiful regarding the reprint or refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.

There are no refunds permitted for digital products and no refunds for products that are not damaged (physical or digital). There are no refunds if a customer changes their mind after purchasing however, a refund may be considered if a customer sends through an email with a valid explanation. ​

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artworks and designs are property of this website and myself the artist, Anastasia Byram. All artworks and designs are legally protected by Australian copyright laws. Users are not permitted to steal designs or sell designs. Users that are caught stealing or selling designs will be reported and could potentially face legal charges.

When accessing this website you agree to allowing us access to certain information to process orders eg. email, name, address and billing information. Your information may be collected by Wix, Printful and other third party businesses that support this website.
