Ai - Good or Bad?

How do you feel about Ai and Art?

To be honest at first it didn't bother me. The last couple of years the Lord had called me back to art, little did I know he wanted me start sharing my art online and to start a business. During this time I experimented a lot with creating digital products and to me Ai seemed like an efficient way to create artsy digital products quickly to sell online.

As I started to create more with the Lord something just felt a little bit off for me about Ai. Spiritually on a personal level it just gives me an ick. Feels too counterfeit and empty. Misses the soul component of art that inspires people and makes you go wow. I've seen a lot of other Christian artists do a mixture of original art and Ai generated art and that's their decision. But for me it doesn't feel like an avenue that I will decide to go down with my art. Maybe for small things. I'm not totally against Ai, I'm sitting on the fence.

I guess I'm over seeing Ai generated images. Along with the agenda of this world and the fakeness of social media for me its refreshing to see original art. It speaks volumes. As an artist who also creates prophetic art there is absolutely no way Ai could be included in the heartfelt pieces that I create with Holy Spirit.

Ai will never be able to replace real "heaven inspired" art. The kind that brings God glory and changes hearts. I think in small doses it can helpful, however spiritually I still feel uneasy about it.
